Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of kontex.so and the Kontex product (together, the “Service”), operated by Customer Intelligence Lab LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Kontex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

Kontex turns sales calls and CRM data you connect into customer intelligence that ChatGPT or Claude can use. Kontex is an early-stage, beta product: features, availability, and pricing may change, and the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at gonzalo@kontex.so if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or the systems and networks connected to it.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product.
• Upload or connect data you don't have the right to share with us.

You retain ownership of the CRM and call data you connect to Kontex (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You’re responsible for having the rights needed to connect Customer Data to Kontex, including any consents required from the individuals it relates to.

The Service connects to third-party tools you choose, including Nango (for syncing CRM and call data), Supabase (for storage), and ChatGPT or Claude (for generating insights, using your own account with those providers). Your use of those third-party tools is governed by their own terms, not ours.

Kontex is currently free during beta. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll communicate pricing and any changes to existing accounts before they take effect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kontex and Customer Intelligence Lab LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably possible.

We may update these Terms as Kontex evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming.
