Privacy Policy

Kontex is operated by Customer Intelligence Lab LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Kontex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect through kontex.so and through the Kontex product, why we collect it, and how you can reach us about it.

This marketing website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, and it does not set non-essential cookies. The only personal data we receive from a visit to kontex.so is what you choose to send us directly — for example, by emailing us. Our hosting provider, Vercel, generates standard server logs (such as IP address and request timestamps) to operate and secure the site; we do not use these logs for tracking or marketing.

Kontex is an early-stage product built to turn a company’s sales calls and CRM data into customer intelligence. When you connect your own tools to Kontex, we process:

• Sales call and CRM data that you choose to connect, synced through Nango, a third-party integration platform used across B2B SaaS.
• Account information, such as your name, work email, and workspace details, needed to operate your account.
• Questions you ask inside the product, and the responses generated from your connected data.

Connected data is stored in Supabase with row-level security, so each workspace can only access its own data. We do not proactively push your data to any AI provider — insights are shared with ChatGPT or Claude only at the moment you ask a question inside the product, using your own connection to that AI provider.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Kontex product.
• To respond to support requests you send us.
• To secure the site and product against abuse.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share your connected call or CRM data with third parties except the service providers described in this policy, or as required by law.

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate Kontex, each of which processes data on our behalf and under its own privacy terms:

• Vercel — hosting for kontex.so and the Kontex product.
• Nango — integration platform used to sync CRM and call data from the tools you connect.
• Supabase — database storage for connected data, secured with per-workspace row-level security.
• OpenAI and/or Anthropic — used only when you ask a question inside the product, through your own connection to that provider.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including per-workspace row-level security in our database. Kontex is an early-stage product, and we do not currently hold formal certifications such as SOC 2. If a certification is required for your organization, contact us and we’ll let you know where things stand.

We retain connected data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the product. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing gonzalo@kontex.so. We will respond and act on verified requests within a reasonable time.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Kontex evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of kontex.so or the Kontex product after a change means you accept the updated policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
